Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Control Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; 1+ year of experience.
• Strong technical writing to communicate clear root cause analysis, design and verification goals.
• Demonstrated experience with systems engineering and safety analysis processes.
• Hands-on robotics validation testing (HIL, SIL, Integration SW Level).

Responsibilities

• Design & Improve AV features and continuously improve existing features for performance and safety.
• Collaborate across product, autonomy, operations, and safety teams to define vehicle behaviors and targets.
• Establish validation and verification suites across software integration, HIL, SIL, and test tracks.
• Develop and implement performance measures and automated checks for testing and in-service data monitoring.
• Drive thorough safety analysis on feature designs and determine corrective actions.
• Address root cause issues observed during testing or road to determine actions.
