Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a growing long-term care facility in Framingham, MA. The role offers ownership of scheduling and involvement in a developing LTC pharmacy focused on quality patient care.

Requirements include PharmD, active MA pharmacist license, and 1+ year of pharmacist experience. Compensation ranges from $52.00 to $65.00 per hour, with benefits such as healthcare, housing, and meals/incidentals. Start date is Early December.

Qualifications

• Must have PharmD degree and Massachusetts pharmacist license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of pharmacist experience in a relevant setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in medication dispensing.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient-focused long-term care services.
• Maintain and manage inventory within the Frameworks system.
• Adapt and grow processes in a newly formed facility environment.
• Provide training and mentoring support to retail pharmacists transitioning into LTC pharmacy.
