ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for our lively outpatient pediatric clinic in California. This role offers autonomy and a flexible compensation plan that can be adjusted over time, with a schedule from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Friday, and no travel requirements.

You will work with children from birth to 21, tailoring each treatment to meet individual needs, and join a dynamic team of therapists and specialists to support holistic care and

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Current or pending state licensure as an SLP.
• 2-3 years of experience as an SLP (Pediatrics preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate initiative and manage your own caseload.
• Provide tailored one-on-one therapy sessions to children.
• Collaborate with other divisions to ensure a holistic approach to therapies.
• Work independently while growing within an interdisciplinary team.
