Job summary

Pensar is seeking an Autonomous Security Engineer, Customer Solutions to operate at the intersection of autonomous offensive security, technical consulting, and customer engineering. You\'ll run autonomous pentests, curate and present findings, deploy Pensar inside customer environments, and help security teams integrate autonomous offensive security into their programs.

This customer-facing role will own the technical relationship with customers from initial deployment through ongoing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in offensive security, pentesting, red teaming, or technical security consulting.
• Hands-on expertise across web, cloud, APIs, and infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Experience leading security engagements and communicating findings to customers.
• Strong programming/scripting in Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C/C++.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent).
• Excellent customer-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end autonomous pentest engagements for customers using Apex and Pensar.
• Configure engagements around customer applications, infrastructure, attack surfaces, and security objectives.
• Curate, triage, validate, and contextualize autonomous findings for customers.
• Investigate exploitation paths and agent behavior to understand findings and failures.
• Deliver clear, prioritized findings with remediation steps to customers.
• Travel to customer sites for kickoffs, workshops, readouts, and on-site engagements.
• Deploy Pensar platform inside customer environments and assist integrations.
