Job summary

Burro, a leading robotics company, is seeking a Deployment Manager in Philadelphia, PA to lead the technical activation of our autonomous robots at customer sites. You will turn signed contracts into live fleets that are configured and running at full capacity as quickly as possible.

You will own deployment planning, on-site provisioning and configuration, and go-live readiness, working with customer stakeholders, field service, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical activation of Burro's autonomous robots at customer sites.
• Own deployment planning, on-site provisioning and configuration, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, field service, and engineering to ensure a smooth path to value.
• Hand off to the Customer Success Account Manager for ongoing account growth and renewal.
