Essentia Health in Duluth, MN is seeking a registered nurse for administrative oversight of patient care in a facility setting. You will coordinate nursing care from assessment to evaluation and delegate tasks to licensed staff.

The role requires an active RN license, BSN and at least 2 years of acute care experience. A 0.75 FTE, permanent night rotation is offered with comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Active RN license in state of employment.
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month).
• At least 2 years of acute care RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative oversight of patient care per Essentia Health policies.
• Organize and deliver nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to nursing staff per licensure and job descriptions.
• Coordinate care across departments and with community resources to support patient outcomes.
