Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville is seeking a highly autonomous Respiratory Therapist to join our team, serving in Cardiovascular ICU, MICU, NICU, and bronchoscopy suite. Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA-approved school of Respiratory Care.
• RRT or equivalent required.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in NC.
• Strong clinical autonomy and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and adjust respiratory therapies with clinical autonomy.
• Independently modify ventilator settings in critical situations.
• Lead airway interventions, including intubations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on hospital committees.
• Document therapy and results per policy.
