Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville is seeking a part-time Respiratory Therapist to join our autonomous RT team across CVICU, MICU, NICU, PFT Lab, and Bronchoscopy Suite. You will assess, adjust therapies, and lead airway interventions under physician orders and approved protocols.

Requirements include AMA-approved schooling, NC licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, NBRC RRT credential, and BLS. Opportunity for growth via clinical ladder and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Care.
• Associate's RRT or RRT Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in NC; BLS required.
• Credentialed as an RRT by NBRC.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and adjust respiratory therapies with clinical autonomy.
• Independently modify ventilator settings and oxygenation strategies in critical situations.
• Lead airway interventions, including intubations, with rapid and precise execution.
• Collaborate across disciplines and participate in hospital-wide committees.
• Complete regulatory documentation and ensure safety standards.
