You’ll support daily operations at the Tucson site, collaborate across time zones, and own projects from kickoff to delivery. Ideal candidates have attention to detail, a related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and are willing to relocate or work onsite in Tucson.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to relocate to Tucson, AZ, or to work remotely if applicable.
• On-site work in Tucson, AZ is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations at the Tucson site and keep workflows moving.
• Keep mid-level expectations grounded in what the contract role can deliver.
• Coordinate cross-time-zone collaboration across three time zones and two tools.
• Monitor work quality and flag issues before they escalate.
• Learn and improve a Critical Thinking system you didn’t build.
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge.
