Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in Massachusetts is seeking a PT to practice at the top of license with clinical autonomy and strong mentorship. This Highbar Practice offers 1:1 patient care, low daily patient load (under 12), and substantial professional development investments.

• 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks

• Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
• Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
• In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
• Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
