Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in the Greater South Shore is seeking a PT who wants to practice at the top of their license. This Highbar Practice emphasizes clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a sustainable workload with under 12 patients per day.
You will have access to mentorship hours, a structured onboarding with a Clinic Director and Peer Mentor, and participation in Residency pathways, with leadership experienced in clinician growth and wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully.
