Job summary

DV Trading is seeking an experienced, high-performing trader to deploy and scale profitable strategies on a best-in-class proprietary platform. This role offers autonomy, access to capital, and a high-performance environment beyond traditional institutions.

The platform supports varied experience levels, from independent operators to developing traders who may receive research, tech, or execution support. A strong track record and ROC are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience at a prop trading firm, hedge fund, or bank.
• Demonstrated, consistently profitable trading strategy across asset classes.
• Proven live performance track record beyond backtesting.
• Strong ROC (return on capital) metrics.
• Experience leading or contributing to trading teams.
• Ability to communicate across leadership, risk, compliance, engineering, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and scale a proprietary trading strategy.
• Develop, refine, and optimize models, signals, and execution frameworks.
• Take full ownership of risk, positioning, and P&L.
• Leverage DV's technology, infrastructure, and support to expand your book.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to enhance strategy performance.
