Job summary
DV Trading is seeking an experienced trader to deploy and scale profitable proprietary strategies on a leading platform. The role offers autonomy, access to capital, and a high-performance environment designed for alpha generation across asset classes.
Ideal candidates have a proven live performance record, strong ROC, and prior leadership or collaboration with trading teams. Compensation includes base salary plus profit share and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years at a prop trading firm, hedge fund, or bank.
- Demonstrated, consistently profitable trading strategy across asset classes.
- Proven track record of live performance beyond backtesting.
- Strong return on capital (ROC).
- Experience leading or contributing to trading teams.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and scale a proprietary trading strategy.
- Develop, refine, and optimize models, signals, and execution frameworks.
- Take full ownership of risk, positioning, and P&L.
- Leverage DV’s technology, infrastructure, and support to expand your book.
- Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to enhance strategy performance.
