Job summary

Trader-Hire is looking for experienced remote proprietary traders to work independently using firm capital. You will have the freedom to develop and execute your own trading strategies while collaborating with a community of traders.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in trading derivatives or currency markets, a solid understanding of execution quality, and the ability to work autonomously. Traders will enjoy performance-based pay with splits between 65% and 90% depending on tier.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience trading derivatives or currency markets.
• Solid understanding of execution quality, slippage, and fee impact on results.
• Ability to operate inside firm risk guidelines while maintaining trading autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute high-probability options setups across U.S. listed equity markets.
• Use options Greeks to construct positions with deliberate exposures.
• Participate in regular peer reviews and trader development sessions as desired.
