You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety, coordinating with field teams and executives to deliver high-performance systems on time and within contract requirements.

This role offers autonomy to shape workflows, drive profitability, optimize resource use, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of verified PM experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting.
• Deep operational understanding of complex industrial mechanical systems, thermal dynamics, and site logistics.
• Advanced proficiency with modern project management software, electronic spreadsheets, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-tier commercial HVAC and mechanical builds from initial bidding to final closeout.
• Coordinate daily with field superintendents, specialty subs, suppliers, and client executives.
• Oversee project scheduling, cost forecasting, procurement, and milestone tracking.
• Evaluate mechanical drawings, design specs, material submittals, and engineering plans.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and provide clear performance updates to the team.
• Resolve logistical conflicts to maintain continuous field workflows.
• Verify installations meet contract requirements, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
