Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services including screening, evaluation, and treatment as referred.
• Develop initial and ongoing plans of care, discharge planning, and case management responsibilities.
• Supervise PTAs and rehab techs in accordance with state laws and policies.
• Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and utilization review.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to regulations governing practice.
