Job summary

Able Rehab Staffing LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. You’ll have no minimum visit requirement and full autonomy over your coverage area, allowing you to tailor your schedule and caseload to your strengths.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and families, while maintaining compliant documentation. The role requires a DPT or equivalent, a CO PT license or eligibility, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado PT license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
