Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide patient care in collaboration with physicians, exercising autonomy in evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The role includes ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medications, and performing procedures within the scope of practice.

The PA will engage in triage, patient education, and communication with staff and patients to ensure safe, ethical care, documenting thoroughly in EMRs and maintaining high standards

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies completed and active licensure.
• Proficient in patient assessment, diagnostics, and clinical procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Assess and diagnose patients, establishing treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Document thoroughly in electronic medical records, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.
• Prescribe, adjust, or discontinue therapies as appropriate.
• Report significant risks or findings to the collaborating physician.
• Perform clinical procedures within authorized scope.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and staff via various channels.
• Provide health education and act as a patient advocate, ensuring understanding and safety.
