Job summary

You will help ensure access to care and quality of care metrics while contributing to program development and community needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy, an active license or eligibility for licensure by exam/reciprocity, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy.
• Current physical therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse patients.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain flexible with fluctuating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and provides treatment programs to facilitate patient-specific goals.
• Assesses patient response and recommends treatment plan changes as needed.
• Maintains patient records according to standards and policies.
• Attains established productivity levels related to access to care and patient experience.
• Assists in program development and enhancement to meet patient and community needs.
• Adapts communication and approach to different patient populations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
