Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy required.
• Current physical therapy license in the state of practice OR eligible for licensure by examination or reciprocity.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.

• Performs evaluations and provides treatment programs to facilitate patient specific goals.
• Assesses patient’s response to treatment and recommends plan changes as needed.
• Maintains patient records according to standards and procedures.
• Attains established productivity levels set by administration focusing on access, experience and quality.
• Assists in program development and enhancement to meet patient and community needs.
• Adapts communication to respect privacy and patient understanding across populations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
