Job summary

H2 Health is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Kenhorst clinic in Florida. This full-time role offers clinical autonomy, a flexible schedule, and a manageable caseload designed to deliver quality care.

You'll provide evidence-based therapy for post-op, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and access in-house continuing education through H2 University.

Qualifications

• Completed Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible for Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy to patients with post-op, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions to promote functional independence, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with other members of the multi-disciplinary team and support staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Raintree.
