Ortho OIC Orthopaedic Immediate Care in Arlington, VA, is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our autonomous, on-site clinic on a full-time basis. You will diagnose and treat acute orthopedic injuries with a streamlined team, managing 20-30 patients per day in a fast-paced, minimal-wait environment.

The schedule includes rotating 3x12- and 2x12-hour shifts, with one Saturday per month, no on-call.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Virginia license as a Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility).
• 1–2 years post-graduate orthopedic/sports medicine experience required.
• Proficient in joint injections and autonomous function.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and treat acute orthopedic conditions and sports injuries.
• Perform in-office procedures including joint injections, splinting, casting, bracing and X-ray interpretation.
• Coordinate follow-up care with orthopedic surgeons for surgical cases.
