Qualifications

• Active U.S. license and board certification in an AP field (ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN for NP or NCCPA for PA)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues.
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
