Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking an experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in a full-time role, delivering primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. Manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and families.

New grads welcome! You’ll see roughly 16-20 patients daily in a fast-paced setting, with 6-hour morning rounds, chart from home, and a productive pay model that rewards higher patient

Qualifications

• Board certification (e.g., AGNP or FNP) active and unrestricted.
• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted NP license in the state of operation (FL).
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–20 patients per day, including wellness visits and acute issues.
• Review medications and orders; coordinate with physicians, specialists, and facility staff.
• Communicate with families and participate in care conferences as appropriate.
