Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a full-time, salaried role in Dallas, TX. The OT will provide in-person, 1:1 therapy, focusing on real-world functional activities and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Minimum of one year of OT work experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
