Job summary

Sinai Hospital in Baltimore is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Neurosurgery and Neurology teams. You will provide clinical care to in-patient and emergency department patients and coordinate neurocare across procedures and conditions.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Physician Assistant or CRNP or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients in Neurosurgery and Neurology, including inpatient and ED needs.
• Assist with neurocritical care procedures such as craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and diagnostic testing like ICP monitoring and CSF drainage trials.
• Ensure safety and compliance with hospital/department policies.
• Maintain ongoing education and identify training opportunities.
• Ensure documentation compliance and licensure requirements are met.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals in diagnosis and management of neurocritical and general neurosurgery patients.
