Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to design and optimize customer support, teleoperations, and remote assistance workflows for our autonomous taxi fleet in Plano, Texas.

You will translate vehicle events into real-time agent actions, leverage SQL, Python, and dashboard tools to uncover insights, and work with GenAI/GenBI to automate interactions while collaborating with AI engineers and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Automotive/ADAS/Autonomous Mobility or Fleet Telematics domain.
• Conceptual literacy of autonomous vehicle systems: LiDAR, Radar, Cameras, ADAS.
• Familiarity with ODD and SAE autonomy levels (L3-L5).
• Advanced SQL for multi-table joins, window functions and aggregations.
• Strong Python (Pandas) for data extraction and incident parsing.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
• GenAI/GenBI experience: prompt workflows and natural language querying for BI.

Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements for contact center and remote-guidance workflows for robotaxi operations.
• Translate vehicle health/status and ADAS state transitions into actionable triggers for the support team.
• Define and track metrics: Time-to-Intervene, MTTR, First Contact Resolution, Rider Safety NPS.
• Write complex SQL across data warehouses to track intervention trends and throughput.
• Use Python for analysis and automation scripts; build production dashboards.
• Specify GenAI tool requirements and rollout for agent interactions and BI queries.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and CCaaS teams to deliver platform upgrades.
