Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Data Analysis, or related disciplines.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake SQL, query optimization, and analytical data modeling.
• Experience performing exploratory data analysis, trend analysis, statistical analysis, and business performance assessments.
• Hands-on experience developing analytical datasets, reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
• Experience working with structured and semi-structured data in cloud analytics environments.
• Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, validation, and governance practices.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize analytical solutions using Snowflake SQL.
• Perform exploratory data analysis on large structured and semi-structured datasets.
• Build and maintain analytical datasets, data marts, and reporting assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate questions into analytics and actionable recommendations.
• Apply AI-augmented analytics techniques to improve data exploration and insights.
• Develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Implement data quality controls, validation routines, and reconciliation processes.
• Document data lineage, analytical methodologies and reporting logic.
• Partner with data engineering to improve data availability, integration and performance.
• Support ad hoc analytical requests related to portfolio performance and business strategy.
• Promote responsible and compliant use of data and AI analytics.
