Job summary

Dematic is seeking an AMR Systems Engineer to design and implement AMR hardware and software solutions for global customers. You will coordinate the design of AMR equipment and configure fleet management software, then commission the system at customer facilities and support live operation.

You will serve as a key on-site contact during implementation, help transfer knowledge through on-site training, and ensure solutions meet specifications while maintaining performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Proficient in CAD software AutoCAD (E-Plan a plus).
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
Ability to travel globally up to 25%.
Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the design of AMR equipment for material handling.
Configure AMR fleet management software and commission hardware and software on site.
Define mid and top-level behavior of the AMRs.
Provide detailed equipment and acceptance testing specs.
Ensure new equipment is built to specification.
Document baseline performance and maintain system performance.
