Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in materials management.
• Experience with DoD procurement procedures.
• Proficiency with SAP or Oracle and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material management for autonomous vessels, including procurement, storage and distribution.
• Coordinate receiving inspections, pricing, lead times and performance monitoring.
• Ensure DoD-compliant quality assurance and regulatory standards.
• Maintain an efficient inventory control system with regular audits.
• Coordinate inbound material logistics to align with production timelines.
• Document and report material usage, orders, and stock levels.
• Lead and mentor material handlers and staff in best practices.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across handling, storage and transportation.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to source materials based on project needs.
