Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer in Austin to support the development and execution of electrical test plans across vehicle and subsystem programs.

You will develop and maintain automated test equipment and scripts, and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, systems, and manufacturing teams to validate designs before release. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in electrical test engineering, hardware validation, or related role.
• Working knowledge of the engineering design lifecycle and verification processes.
• Experience using electrical lab instrumentation and measurement techniques.
• Experience developing or maintaining automated test scripts (Python, LabVIEW, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across analog, digital, and power electronics systems.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured test plans in accordance with the design process.
• Translate system requirements into test cases and procedures.
• Perform electrical verification testing at board, subsystem, and system levels.
• Execute functional, regression, environmental, and reliability testing.
• Document test procedures, results, and deviations clearly.
• Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting of electrical failures.
• Assist in design reviews to improve testability and verification coverage.
