Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair production equipment, ensure safe and efficient operations, and support changeovers and equipment setup on a daily basis. You will work within the assigned work area, coordinate with maintenance and production teams, and help implement process improvements.

The role emphasizes adherence to Lockout/Tagout, safe lifting practices, and operating knowledge of SAP and Outlook for work orders and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Capable of leading equipment setup during production start and changeovers.
• Willingness to train and certify team members on safety and equipment use.
• Strong adherence to plant safety rules and LOTO practices.

Responsibilities

• Proposes solutions to complex problems on production equipment to Maintenance Technicians and Management.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems issues during shift.
• Oversee production within assigned work area.
• Assist in repairing equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per SOPs and Safety Standards.
• Lead and participate in equipment setup during start operations and product changeovers.
