Zusammenfassung

Provide CIC is seeking a Lymphoedema Nurse/Physiotherapist to join our specialist community service in a part-time role in Braintree. You will assess, treat and review patients with lymphoedema, developing personalised care plans and supporting self-management to improve independence and quality of life.

You will work autonomously while collaborating with patients, carers and the wider MDT to deliver high-quality, holistic care and share best practices with other healthcare professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Lymphoedema nurse or physiotherapist with Band 5/6 level experience.
• Training and support to develop knowledge and clinical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within the service scope.

• Assess, treat and review patients with lymphoedema.
