Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems (or equivalent) with at least 7 years of IT experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server (complex queries, CTES, stored procedures, schema design, query optimization).
• Experience developing and troubleshooting integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware tools.
• Demonstrated ability to write and maintain scripts/tools in Python, PHP, PowerShell, or similar.
• Solid understanding of core ERP operations and enterprise architectures.
• Functional knowledge of Windows Server administration, networking fundamentals, and security controls.
• Excellent diagnostic, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between ERP systems, e-commerce middleware, and third-party applications.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and reports.
• Build and maintain custom scripts and utilities to automate business processes.
• Configure and troubleshoot core ERP functions (pricing, purchasing, inventory, order processing, financials).
• Provide escalation support for server, network, and security issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants to implement and maintain technical solutions.
• Document integration logic and standard operating procedures; drive process improvements.
