Job summary

Local Infusion seeks an Infusion Nurse to provide direct patient care at our Emerson, NJ center. You will administer infusions, manage IV starts, and ensure high-quality care in a fast-growing infusion setting.

The ideal candidate works autonomously, starts 5+ IVs per shift, and is familiar with EHR systems. ACLS/PALS are preferred, with BLS CPR current; flexible to work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in New Jersey and ability to obtain licensure in another state.
• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy in a clinical setting with multiple patients.
• Comfortable working autonomously with 5+ peripheral IV insertions per shift.
• ACLS & PALS certification (preferred).
• Current BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status.
• Deliver infusions or injections per protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining medical inventory and supplies.
• Communicate with referring/prescribing providers about patient status and plan of care.
• Provide onsite supervision for all patients.
