Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking an Infusion Nurse in Toms River, NJ to provide direct patient care in a clinic setting. The role requires autonomous practice, starting IVs, and managing biologic drug infusions, with a predictable schedule and a 3:1 patient-to-clinician ratio.

Ideal candidates will hold NJ RN licensure, have outpatient infusion experience, and be comfortable with IV insertions and EHR systems. ACLS/PALS are preferred; BLS CPR is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in New Jersey; open to licensure in another state
• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy
• Experience starting IVs and handling biologic drugs
• ACLS & PALS Certification (preferred)
• Current BLS CPR certification
• Experience using EHR systems
• Ability to work 1–2 Saturdays per month

Responsibilities

• Assess and document the patient's health status
• Deliver infusions or injections per prescribed protocols
• Assist in maintaining medical inventory and supplies
• Communicate with referring/prescribing providers about patient status and plan of care
• Provide onsite supervision for all patients
