Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking an Infusion Nurse to deliver high-quality care at our centers in Harbison and East Columbia, SC. The role emphasizes autonomous practice, starting IVs, and managing biologic therapies while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate will hold an SC RN license, have experience in outpatient infusion, and be able to work 1–2 Saturdays per month. We offer a fast-growing startup environment with strong benefits and career development.

Qualifications

• SC RN licensure required; licensure in another state is acceptable.
• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy and managing multiple patients.
• Ability to insert 5+ peripheral IVs per shift.
• ACLS & PALS certification preferred.
• Current BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status.
• Deliver infusions or injections per prescribed protocols.
• Maintain medical inventory and supplies.
• Communicate with referring/prescribing providers regarding patient status and plan of care.
• Provide onsite supervision for all patients.
