FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in homes and senior living communities across Martinsville and Bridgewater, NJ. You will assess, treat, and track progress with flexible scheduling and opportunities for telehealth.

Team-based care with an interdisciplinary group and a focus on aging in place, mobility, and independence. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided for full-time or part-time roles.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ or eligible to obtain license.
• Basic computer skills and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Develop individualized plans of care and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for patients.
• Document care in FOX's EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
