Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Greenwich, CT. We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences or Senior Living communities.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve wellness, mobility and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
