Qualifications

• One year of comfort care experience.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to travel for in-home patient visits.
• Exceptional time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• This position includes an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement patient care.
• Educate patients and families on comfort care processes, procedures and medications.
• Address varying patient needs in the home hospice setting.
