Job summary
Corewell Health West seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Visiting Nurses Association team serving West Michigan. You will deliver home health occupational therapy, helping patients regain independence in daily activities within their home environment.
The role offers autonomy, typically 5–7 patient visits per day, with geographic territories designed to minimize travel and support work-life balance. Part-time schedule with day shifts in Grand Rapids.
Qualifications
- Required Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program.
- Preferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program.
- Preferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program.
- 2 years of relevant experience of related experience Required.
- LIC-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
- LIC-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary - State of Michigan required during CFY Upon Hire required.
- CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
- LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines
Responsibilities
- Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
- Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
