Job summary

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health (Field). You will provide intermittent skilled nursing in the home, including comprehensive assessment, care planning, education, IV/med administration, wound care, and coordination with the care team.

Qualifications

• Arkansas RN license (or compact) required.
• Associate's degree in Nursing and BLS certification required.
• 1+ year hospital/SNF/related experience; valid Arkansas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-system assessment and reassessment; intervene per orders.
• Educate patients and families; plan safe discharges and transfers.
• Start/maintain IV therapy and medications per policy; wound care.
• Provide sterile wound care and effective pain management; respond to emergencies.
• Supervise/delegate to LPNs and HHAs; complete timely documentation; participate in on-call rotation.
