The role leads hardware/software integrated program management, aligning cross-functional teams with suppliers to deliver complex hardware milestones.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in hardware program management, excels in strategic communication, and can navigate contract manufacturers.

Qualifications

5+ years in Hardware Program Management or Engineering Management for hardware/software integrated programs.
BS degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with JIRA and Gantt charts.
Experience with contract manufacturers.
Self-motivated and proactive problem solving.
Ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Define tasks, allocate resources, and set timelines with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet program milestones.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap and communicate deliverables to stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Structure meeting agendas to drive decisions and reduce bottlenecks.
Create standard reports to summarize status, issues, risks, and accomplishments for leadership.
Collaborate with engineering and finance to define resource needs and budgets.
