Job summary

CoreHealth Direct Primary Care in Florida is seeking a Part-Time Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner with growth goals to become full-time within six months. You will deliver direct primary care, including virtual visits, in-person visits, and patient communication via secure messaging.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Family Nurse Practitioner license with autonomous practice capability.
• DEA license preferred or obtainable later.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Comfort with direct primary care model including virtual and in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients across all ages in a direct primary care setting.
• Provide virtual and in-person visits, plus secure messaging for patient care.
• Prescribe medications and manage patient treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop care policies.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other providers.
