2350 MinuteClinic Diagnostic of New Jersey, LLC is hiring for a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care in New Jersey clinics. You will work with a collaborative clinical team to provide both in-person and virtual visits, manage chronic conditions, and support wellness services.

The role demands an FNP with national board certification, an active state license, and the ability to work across clinic sites with EPIC EHR support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active, unrestricted FNP license and board certification.
• DOT certification within 30 days of employment.
• BLS certification and ability to pass respirator FIT test.

Responsabilités

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide in-person and virtual visits from the clinic to support patient health outcomes.
• Perform diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, and coordination of care with other clinicians.
• Engage patients in wellness services and chronic disease management.
• Complete clinic operations including inventory, opening/closing, patient follow-up and insurance verification.
• Maintain safe, efficient care environment and timely appointment management.
