Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional in the Marietta, GA area. Youll build your own pipeline, prospect, network, and convert cold conversations into long-term customers while operating with autonomy within your territory.

This role includes a training salary and rigorous on-the-job development, with the opportunity to earn commissions after training and grow your customer base under a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate the value of our services and transition prospects into customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Attend regular training sessions and stay up-to-date on industry trends and skills.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
