PeopleOne Health Medical Group PA is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventive care to patients 2 years and older. You will work autonomously and with physicians to diagnose, treat, and educate, including prescribing meds and coordinating care within an interdisciplinary team.

Experience in outpatient or primary care, state CRNP licensure, MSN/DNP, and national certification are required; DEA, BLS/ACLS are also needed.

Qualifikationen

• MSN or DNP from an accredited program is required.
• Current CRNP licensure and national certification in a relevant specialty are required.
• DEA registration is required for prescribing medications.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses with individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and non-pharmacologic therapies per guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate care within the team.
• Provide health counseling and wellness education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with specialists for referrals and continuity of care.
• Document in EHR in compliance with regulations.
