Job summary

AutoNation in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Technician to diagnose and repair Jaguar vehicles within a collaborative partnership with our autonomous fleet partner. You will work on electric vehicles, perform maintenance, inspections, and high-quality repairs, and document results with teammates.

Full-time position with shifts available across 24/7 operations. Competitive pay ($25.00–$50.00/hr initially; up to $59.35/hr with certifications) and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Jaguar automotive experience.
• Knowledgeable of hand tools.
• Electric vehicle experience preferred.
• Hybrid or EV training a plus.
• Automotive technical training.
• Valid in-state driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and required repairs on electric vehicles.
• Inspect and perform initial setup for autonomous fleet operation and testing.
• Collaborate with AutoNation and Waymo associates to improve processes.
• Document repairs and findings in service platform.
• Perform high-quality repairs and inspections efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and system checks for safety and reliability.
