Job summary

Waymo is seeking software engineers with a BS in CS or related field and 3+ years of experience in C++. You will join the Waymo Driver team in a hybrid role reporting to a Technical Lead Manager.

You will frame real-world problems into engineering tasks, build tools and evaluation mechanisms, and scale them to run in real-time on the cars while collaborating across teams. The base salary ranges from $213,000 to $263,000 USD.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, ML, Robotics, or similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of general software engineering experience in C++.
• Experience collaborating with different teams.
