Job summary

Tensor is an agentic AI company building the Tensor Robocar, with offices in San Jose and internationally. The role focuses on design, development, and optimization of autonomous driving middleware, requiring strong C++ and Linux skills.

You will analyze complex system issues, optimize low-latency communication, and profile performance across SoC platforms, contributing to scalable, high-throughput solutions in a cutting-edge automotive domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
• Proficient in C++ programming, Linux system programming, and familiar with design patterns.
• Familiar with computer architecture and analyzing CPU/GPU/memory-related issues.
• Familiar with autonomous driving software architecture such as Apollo or Autoware.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, SoC platform adaptation and migration, integration, performance/stability optimization of autonomous driving middleware.
• Analyze and solve complex issues in autonomous driving systems.
• Continuously iterate and optimize to build a high-performance, low-latency, high-throughput distributed communication middleware.
• Profile and optimize system performance.
